How to stand correctly?
In order to have the correct position of your body, you need to learn how to place the pelvis into the right position by activating the muscles.
Exercises in the standing position
Stand 30 centimeters away from the wall. Lean against the wall and bend your knees. Tighten the abdominal muscles and sitting muscles. In this way, you will be lifting the lower part of the pelvis and the upper part will be drawn backwards which will make the lumbar part of the spine straight.
Press against the wall with the lower part of your back. Keep this position. Move one centimeter at a time until you straighten up, (knees will remain slightly bent). Walk around the room without changing the position.
