How to sit correctly?

When sitting, it is very important to move completely to a chair back having 90 degrees between your body and the upper knee. In this position, the back muscles are at rest.

If the chair is tall and your legs are in the air, either change the chair or put a sustainer to lift the knees.



How to get up from a chair?


From the correct sitting position, the body weight is shifted forwards by bending the hips. Leaning on both legs and moving the hands from the knees, get up, holding your spine straight. You sit in the opposite way.
